IRIZARRY STUDIO offers digital products only, including downloadable graphic designs and digital assets.
No physical items are shipped.

Your files are available immediately after purchase.

You will receive:
• An email with your download link
• Access inside your Shopify account under Orders

No. All items sold by IRIZARRY STUDIO are digital downloads only.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

Each product description lists the included formats.
Most designs include high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases include a Small Business Use License.

This means you may:
✔ Use the design on physical or digital end products
✔ Sell finished products (shirts, stickers, planners, etc.)
✔ Use the design for your own brand or shop

You may NOT:
✖ Resell or redistribute the digital file
✖ Share or gift the file
✖ Sell the design as a standalone digital product
✖ Claim the artwork as your own

Yes — small business POD use is allowed, as long as:
• The design is applied to a physical or finished product
• The digital file itself is not resold or shared

If extended or commercial licenses are available, they will be clearly listed in the product description.

If you experience download issues:

1. Check your email and Shopify account
2. Confirm the email used at checkout
3. Contact us with your order number
   

We’ll make sure you receive your files.

At this time, all products are sold as-is, unless custom services are explicitly offered in a listing.
